EC5300
The EC5300 is the latest model of the EC series. The EC5000 as a smaller version. 3m tarpaulins can be easily cleaned and dried with the EC5300. In addition, this machine is one-sided loading and unloading.

EC3000
With the EC3000 fast and excellent results are possible. This plant combines the simple cleaning of tarpaulin material of a WT3000K with the advantages of the transportation solution of the PR3000. From this combination resulted a cleaning machine which makes a fast and efficient cleaning possible with small space requirement. The EC3000 cleans fabric up to three meter width with a maxmimum length of 20 meter.In special cases it is possible to work with broader tarpaulins. Then only in each case the interior and the exterior is cleaned by one step. Individual functions like the winding, the brushes and the cleaner pump are electrical.

EC Mobil
The EC mobil is the alternative for a location-independet machine. This machine is placed on a trailer. Both types, EC3000mobil and EC5000mobil offer unique advantages in the purification of permanently positioned tents and canopies, especially smoking tents, marquees of restaurants and on campsites. Due to the design of these trailers, they are exempt of the motor vehicle tax in Germany.

Dirt tub for loading area
This option is chosen by almost all of our customers. The fabric is going to be dried by a air duct automatically after the washing. The blowers achieve a high output and ensures a dry fabric. Merely the keder can only get dried with our drying machine (TA).
The endless option is for fabrics with special lengh. It assures a smooth process for fabrics from 50 meters length. Furthermore you can save time because the fabric gets delivered after washing and it is possible to start winding the new dirty fabric while the clean one is getting winded up (folding option). It is possible to clean fabrics up to 100 meters length.
The warm water cleaning supports the cleaning of persistent dirt. The water gets heated up to 50 degrees and gets sparyed on the fabric automatically with the spraying bar.
The barrel pump chooses the right amount of wax to put on the fabric after the washing process. That causes a shine on the surface which is covered by a protection layer.
The top roller cleaning is a developement of SKP GmbH caused by appeared problems. By reason that the top rollers get wet whilst winding the still watery fabrics, the water drops down on the dried fabric during the winding up. The top roller cleaning prevent the dropping of dirty water onto the clean and dry fabric.

The dirt tub is a tub in front of the machine which is filled with water and detergent. The fabric gets soaked before the washing process so it is easier to wash the fabric. The SKP GmbH advises the tub only limited cause it causes a bigger water consumption.
